We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance for weddings and major celebrations, especially during peak season (November-April). For corporate events, 3-6 months notice is typically sufficient. However, we've successfully planned beautiful events with shorter timelines when needed.

Our packages range from day-of coordination to full-service planning. All include initial consultation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site support. Premium and Luxury packages add design services, cultural consultation, dedicated planners, and exclusive vendor access. We'll customize any package to fit your specific needs.

Absolutely! We plan events throughout Nigeria including Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and other major cities. We also handle destination events across West Africa. Travel and accommodation costs may apply for locations outside Lagos, which we'll discuss during consultation.

Our team includes cultural consultants from various Nigerian ethnic groups. We work closely with traditional rulers, cultural groups, and family elders to ensure every ritual and tradition is performed correctly and respectfully. We also maintain relationships with authentic artisans, musicians, and traditional vendors.

We typically structure payments as: 50% deposit upon contract signing, 30% at 8 weeks before the event, and 20% final payment 2 weeks before. For larger events, we can arrange customized payment schedules. We accept bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards.
